RAW Weekend

This is a pretty sick video featuring a bunch of French riders.  JD again killing the boxes...some pretty good mini riding too.  That downside double peg grind was ace.

Michael Knudson Scooter Check

Blunt Pro Scooter's rider, Michael Knudson recently got his new deck, and made this scooter check shortly after. The deck he is riding is the new AOSv2 Street Deck. Needless to say, the deck looks amazing. I would really like to see decks with flat sides become a new standard with most decks. I literally don't see a downside to it. Kick at Monster

A few Aussie riders throw down in this video at Monster Skatepark.  Coedie goes so hard...back lip heel, then those huge transfers...not too many riders can match him in both park and street, if any at all.

Justin Robertson Scooter Check

Scooter Zone's one and only rider in Canada is Justin Robertson, and for good reason. In the past two years Justin took his riding to a new level. Throwing down intense tricks down some really gnarly gaps and sets. His tech side of his riding got really strong as well. This is a video from a crew/brand out in Canada.  You may (or may not) recognize OG Travis House shredding it up.  Other riders include Mitch and Nathan Gibbons, and Kryon Power.  Some really cool clips in here, as well as nice filming.  Looking forward to more edits from these guys some day.

A minivideo, whats that?  Tom shows us what in this edit.  This kid is developing a pretty cool style and it'll be interesting to see where he's at in a couple of years.  Good stuff, loving the OG TRV footage haha.

Scooter Hut Generosity.

Scooter Hut have posted a status on facebook announcing that they'll be donating $2 to the Cancer council of Australia for every like on that particular status. They'll be checking the status in exactly 23 hours from now (10pm AEDT), and keeping the likes at that final number.

This is a great cause, It takes two clicks of a mouse (One to like ScooterHut's facebook, one to like the status) It's almost inhumane NOT to do it.

Envy Pro Scooters Max Peters and Brendon Smith NZ Tour

Recently Brendon and Max from Envy Pro Scooters, known as Blunt Pro Scooters here in the US, went on a trip to New Zealand. They hit up various street spots, and skateparks, and got some really good footage. Yes, you heard that right there are a good amount of street clips in this edit from these two park riders. By the way, the last clip in the video, by Max, that's something I've wanted to see done for a long time. Insane.

Isaac Coy

This video doesn't have a ton of crazy tricks but the riding is super clean and solid.  Overall the video has a cool little vibe/concept goin on.  And I'm starting to see a little bit of Conor Davidson in this kid.  Nice edit.

Brendon Smith Envy Web Edit

You've probably seen this already on Facebook but I suppose I might as well post it.  This video features Brendon doing what he does best- combos for days on quarterpipes and boxes.  The only thing I want to say about it is that I wish Brendon would progress in other ways than air tricks.  But its cool, thats what works best for him and why he's gotten to where he is today.

Blake Bailor Opus Part

The Opus parts continue with Blake's. I think Blake has my favorite section so far. I've always loved his style, and he has some really good rail clips in this section. Love the last two clips, you don't see people get super creative with rails like that too often, so it was definitely good. Check out Blake's Opus part below.

Boxes Limited Facebook Questions with Brandon Kilbury Part 2

Boxes Limited rider Brandon Kilbury sits down for part 2 of his Facebook questions. This again, will be an ongoing thing that Boxes will be doing with their riders. In part 2, BK discusses the Mega Ramp, along with some footage of him hitting the beast. I've known BK since he was literally just a kid, and hearing him answer these questions, and seeing how he's grown up and progressed in the sport is really awesome. Check out the video below.

Big Ron "6 Foot, 7 Foot"

Ron "Big Ron" Sharpe's height is definitely somewhere between 6 and 7 feet, how fitting that they use that Lil Wayne song.  Swagbangs in the middle of a line...heelwhip to boards...switch whip sexchange to feebles...one of the craziest riders to watch for sure.

Skatebarn's Impact on Scootering as We Know It

As you might have heard now, Skatebarn West in Renton, Washington is finally closing its doors.  Devin Hohlbein put this video together of interviews with Kingsley Okocha and Jake O'Donnell, as well of some riding footage to better illustrate the impact SBW had on our sport.  Devin himself worked at the shop in the upstairs of Skatebarn, called Mothership Distribution, so he knows firsthand what SBW means to riders in Washington.

I've been to the Barn a few times myself for competitions...each time being one of the most intense competitions I've gone to.  I'll never forget the epic battle between Tyler Bonner and Dakota Shuetz at the last stop of the Razor Exposed tour, in which Tyler put together pretty much a perfect competition run to be crowned Tour King.  While the park itself wasn't exactly one of my favorites, I'm definitely bummed that its closing.  It gave so many kids a place to ride during the rainy days in the NW, I'm sure it will be sorely missed.
