Addict Scooter Overview

SkaterHQ apparently made this video, uploaded on some random youtube account, going over the new Addict parts.  The guys behind these parts are pretty ingenious.  The ballast thing looks pretty neat, its cool to have those kinds of options.  Apparently nobody told them that Inward already made the Dagger fork

  1. Designed by riders, yes.

    Owned by riders? No.

Marcel owns Addict. Marcel makes the money from Addict. And I assure you, he is as down as ever to make a quick buck, and fuck over anyone he chooses to in the process.

  3. Why wouldn't you just put a full core wheel or a spoked wheel on the front or back to add or take away weight? Its like the Shock tape, dose nothing but excite little kids.

  9. Which deck should I get? An Addict or an AosV2?
It would help if someone could tell me which would perform better as a street deck, which is more fingerwhip and grind friendly, which is best value for money and which is just the all-round better deck.
    Thanks.

    1. AosV2 is great for grinds. The deck is probably the most fingerwhip friendly deck I've tried out. And depending on how light you are, how you ride, and what kind of street you ride, I'm sure it will last you a long time.

  10. i'm actually riding a mckeen deck, and it's the best thing i've ever ridden, it's really light, great for grinds, whips and everything you want to do, addict is the future of scootering, their stuff will just make you happy to ride your scooter every time you pick it up, try it, you'll love it.

  11. I hate how for about 3 years everyone wanted addict parts and now there out everyone just talks shit. I think they have some sick ideas about the ballastsv and everything although it did suck a bit when they bought them out just after i got a new setup for christmas
