Johan Walzel Elyts Profile

Heres the edit of Johan Walzel from his time he's spent down in California. Shot and edited by Phillip Long. In my opinion this is the best one of the Elyts Profiles we've seen so far. One thing I like that Elyts does, is give these riders from other countries a chance to come to California and ride. well Johan looks like he took that opportunity very seriously, because he kills it in this edit. You can really tell that this dude got out as much as he could and got clips left and right. Really sick riding throughout.

Manel Gomez

Wow, this kid is really good.  Don't think I've ever seen him before so he definitely came out of nowhere for me.  I love when you can call out what trick is gonna be done and you're happy about it cause thats what you wanted the rider to do.  Cause I definitely called a few of these tricks.

Sky High Golden Top Cap Giveaway

Brute Wheels at ShopECX.com

Tommy Christiana and street killer Logan Fuller recently got sponsored by Brute Wheels, which you guys can get from ShopECX.com. Brute wheels are some of the most underrated wheels on the market today. I've personally rode them, and they are the fastest wheels I've yet to ride. And for only 24.95 + Free Abec 9 bearings, AND a 30 day dehub warranty.. Yeah, it's basically a steal. Check out Tommy's Ad for the wheels below. And expect new Edits from Tommy and Logan soon.

Johan Walzel Interview

ELYTS rider Johan Walzel has been in California for a couple weeks now, and hes been getting stacks on stacks on stacks of clips. He sat down with ELYTS filmer and editor Phillip Long and they got this interview done discussing Johans time in Cali. Definitely check it out, and make sure you guys are here on Inside-Scooters tomorrow at 12pm EST and 9am PST to see Johan's new edit. I expect bangers.

Throwback Thursday: French ID Team Video 2008

When this video dropped back in 2008, French ID was THE Team. Future Addict riders like Jandiv Randriambelson, Maxime Legrand, Matt McKeen, Johann Moreau, and Alex Peasley all started out first with French ID. Which made this Team one of the most talent stacked teams of that time. When this edit came out, people quickly realized that. Some riders like Matt McKeen had already established themselves at some of the best in the sport. But for some of the other guys, we were only starting to see the first hints that they were bound to progress into ridiculous riders. Take a look back at some of the sports best today with this weeks Throwback Thursday.

And who could forget the two songs used in this edit? Classic.

Crisp Edits 2 For 1

Couple of edits from two Crisp riders from Australia. Crisp is considered a fairly new company, and while it has had a lot of success in The UK and AUS, it is still working on establishing itself here in the USA. I'm thinking possibly a new line of parts might help that, but we'll see. Kind of your typical Aussie riding from both of these guys, but if that's your thing, you'll enjoy these.

X Games Edit by Chris Blanton

Chris Blanton was at the X Games 2012 where Scooters were allowed to have a demo, and show what they can do. Dakota definitely kept peoples attention with his flawless runs and ridiculous tricks. Overall I think it probably had about as positive of an effect that Scooters at the X Games could have. Great job on the edit by Chris.

Youngest Rider to Double Backflip

Rhys is 9 years old. Rhys did one of the cleanest double backflips I've ever seen. Rhys is tight.

Joanet Costa- Summer Clips

This is titled "Summer Clips" but it was actually only filmed in one week.  So even with the time constraint Joan was able to film some cool tricks.  He's going to be living in the US for the next year, riding with the Envy team so that's pretty cool for him.  This one was put together by Pol Aceña.

Jona Humbel for Vertx

The Florida local has been working on this all summer and I think it turned out pretty nicely.  Backlip whip was ace.  Such an unexpected nose manual back 180 in there too.  If you ever see this kid online or in real life tell him to ride scooters more and film skateboarding less.

Copenhagen 2

I don't really know who any of these guys are but as soon as I saw the first clip I knew I had to post it.  5 minutes of some pretty ridiculous riding from a lot of guys in Denmark.  This video is hosted on Mathias Holst's youtube channel, and he also uploaded this video the other day which is really crazy.  YOLOing it up.

UNIUN SESSIONS: Dom Olorenshaw

These were some chillin clips for sure.  Dom does it for Uniun, and shreds the AO deck.  Couple of these clips came out of nowhere.  Feeble revert fakie feeble 270 downside in was so good.  Such a clean proper style.

Zach Johnston and Issac Miller Platteville Montage

Two of my favorite riders to watch recently hit up one of the most ghetto skateparks I've seen in a while haha. But they definitely made the best of it. Each of them got tons of solid clips, and the banger was tight. Also gotta love Issac reppin a Dialed Scooter Mag Baseball Tee. Check it out below.

Sky High Presents: Justin Lacosse

Justin, or as I like to call him J-Lax, has primarily been known as a park rider.  This video however proves he can shred in the streets too.  Board gap hurricane was so cool.  Also, get hyped for a no-pants line.  He always seems to end up missing clothing whenever I see him.

Twisted Dirt Scoot Coming in October

Dirt Scoots are clearly on the rise with more and more companies investing into them. We've seen Dirt Scoots popping up in Aus and The UK, and I'm sure we will see even more soon. Twisted Scoots has just revealed some photos of their upcoming Dirt Scoot. Looks pretty strong, and hopefully we can see some footage on how it performs soon. For now check out the pics below. And this October start looking for this Dirt Scoot to hit the market.

Cory Vanlew at the Seattle Street Jam

Cory Vanlew did this for the best trick at the Seattle Street Jam, but apparently this wasn't good enough to win.  So gnarly though.  Sources tell me Dan Barrett won the best trick with a smith nose manny scooterfakie smith front bri.  Ryan Gould was the overall winner of the day.  As always, stayed tuned to IS for more footage of the jam once it drops.

Collin DaSilva Madd Gear Edit 2012

Collin filmed in a lot of places for this video, so don't worry about watching a full TIC edit here.  As you can expect from Collin, he kills the flyboxes.  Superman the mini-mega was so nice.  Backflip to basically to flat off that quarter was insane as well.  His progression just doesn't seem to stop, makes you wonder what he'll be doing in a year.

Razor's Jason Beggs and Ron Sharpe

Ever wanted to see Big Ron riding a mini ramp? Yes, that means tranny haha. Well he does in this video, and also has a message for everyone after doing so. This edit is just Jason and Ron hitting up some parks. Pretty chill video. Check it out below.

Don't forget to check out Jason Beggs "Double Double" for all his Cali Homies. Hahaha so good.
