ReplyDeletethat was a horrible unturndown tutorial. Luckily kevin shut it dowm.
ReplyDeleteI think Mr. Toy needs to dust off his trick dictionary ;-) Last I knew anyhow, the fundamental difference between a lookback and turn down and their "un" counterparts was that a turndown was performed in a regular air, i.e. - a regular stanced rider would air to the right and turndown to the right while a lookback would be done in an opposite air while still cranking the bars in their normal direction creating the desired lookback effect as opposed to what was stated where a lookback would be done on a quarterpipe and a turndown would be done in a straight air over a box or pyramid. The same would be true in the unlookback and unturndown. Although there is truth to the lookback not being able to be done in a straight air, obviously critical is the rotation, where one could do an opposite 360 lookback or a regular 360 turndown over a box. The video was still super technical and I appreciate the combos, I am only being critical because its a tutorial and I wouldn't want to see people being misinformed and then passing along that same misinformation :-) great videos!
