Dakota is considered by most the #1 Ranked rider in the world, when it comes to competitions that is. To put it simply, if he enters a contest, there is a good chance he will take home the win. ReplyDeleteok, dakota has some good tricks up his sleeve, But he has NO STYLE. all of his tricks are verry sloopy. he really needs to clean them up and take off those pads of his and stop riding bars that are almost below his knees!!!!

Ah that wasn't fun to watch but whoever said he was sloppy, i thought it was very clean, he makes no unnecessary movements when he does a trick. But yes i do agree with all the other statements.

Dakota's clean as fuck. he hasn't ever made a video that does him any justice though. and there is something none of you are taking into consideration. TALENT. No matter what you say, he is one talented kid. if he had an urge to kill street Im positive he could shit on anyone in that discipline. in my opinion its a hell of alot easier to do the street stuff that are getting put on inside. you can say its the simplicity but some of these videos are just plain out retarded. back to my point, if he wanted to be ontop of the street game he could probably be untouchable by most.

The pure reason is that he wins almost every legit Judged competition and people are flat out jealous!!! And if he decides he wants to ride street, you street riders better watch out because he will start taking all the money in those competitions too!!! He is one of the cleanest riders out there, if not the cleanest!! Stop being jealous and get better!!!!!! Hahahahaha!

Yes this may not have been a great video, I feel it was pretty good considering this is not his terrain in a park. He does weard pads and a helmet all the time but when you have a career out of a sport, you need to do what helps you be able to ride all the time. Dakota kicks ass at every single contest because of how consistent he is. He does have style and most of his tricks are clean. I don't get why everone hates on him so much for how good and consistent his riding is.

And the riding was sloppy, and the lack of creativity had nothing to do with the filming or editing (though both left something to be desired) rather his choice of obstacles within his lines and the way he used them wasn't very creative. I doubt he could ride street very well if he can't even make park look clean, just sayin'.

We all know Dakota absolutely kills it, but I don't think a lot of you actually realize how much he just loves to ride. He's seriously down to ride anything, I've seshed many parking lots with this kid and he just loves riding with anyone who is willing to have a sesh with him. Maybe he's not friendly towards some of you guys because he knows how much you all hate him? Seriously, just accept him as another rider, because thats exactly what he is! Get to know him, he's one of the nicest people in our sport, and I'm so proud of what he's done. He's a great friend, and riding with him is always a blast.

I'm a flatland tech rider. The same time as when I competed against Kota in NASS 2011, I honestly thought I could take him on flat, easy...
...I was wrong, he has Rewinds, Triples, Fakie Triples, MacWhip, 720s, and 360 Bri-flip whips, all flat. I had about 3 tricks on him which I'm sure he could've done if he wasn't riding 20 wide Bars. Hahaha :')
All the pads and helmet thing usually relates to park and competitions so i really hope not to see him wearing them just for once at the Barcelona Street Jam when all we gon do out there is just seshionin and havin fun without thinkin of showing off the most. I'm actually glad to see him tryin new stuff in street and looking forward to see him ride at the bcn jam, coz it's not the type of terrain he got us used to.
