    soo gay just have it normally like why cant scooters be welcomed to woodward for a week like bikes and skateboards?

    That's that shit. ^ It's an liability thing, so they've just been doing temporary insurance for scooters until they find that it will be worth it to have scooters on all the time. I'm no lawyer so don't hold me to that.
