From now on if you want to enter the POTW portion of Inside the Lens, you need to attach the file in the email, rather than linking to an external hosting site. So don't include a photobucket or flickr link, attach the file to the email instead, thanks. Please note that you can still link to Youtube or other video hosting site for COTW entries, no changes have been made there.
