Crisp Scooters Update

Little update and information below provided by Crisp Scooters. Which have been trying to make their way into the USA this past year.



Crisp scooters has been in the states now for a little over 6 months with a soft launch through the Grit scooters webshop. We have now fully launched and are ready to take the US by storm! With our new site and our new range of 2013 products available at www.crispscootersusa.com. We now have a full line of products including, Completes, Bars, Forks, Wheels, Clamps, Scs, Pegs, and Brakes.

With the 2013 range of completes we bring you Aluminum forks, Bars that are taller and more comfortable to ride than the previous generation of Crisp products. We got rid of the ICS compression and upgraded to the HIC and SCS compressions depending on the model of scooter you choose. One of our favorite products for the new line are the new Contour cut wheels. These are available in both 100 and 110mm and 6 color combinations. They feature a more Convex shape with extra urethane for an extended wear period.

 

Luke Painter- Days Gone By

This is all footage from the past 6 months, including from when Luke was flown to California to film for the Elyts Stylites DVD.  Five minutes of solid street riding.  Luke merks handrails like few others.  He's also just left college so now he has a lot more time to ride and film...can't wait to see what he can come up with next.

Best of Luke Painter

Luke has definitely become one of my favorite riders to watch in the past couple years. He may not be the cleanest rider or have the most style, but he is definitely fun to watch. Sooo many combos and tech tricks. This video is made up of clips from as far back as 2005 to 2011. Honestly really glad this was almost 6 minutes long, the whole thing was good.

Luke Painter Crisp Promo

Such skill and creativity.  I love watching this guy ride in the park and the streets (although there wasn't any street footy in here, he does a lot of street style tricks in parks).  Luke is one of those riders that just makes you feel like you suck haha.

Luke Painter- Rain Sesh

Most people, while its raining out, sit bored at home or go to an indoor park to ride.  Not Luke Painter though.  Luke decided to take his camera out one day, cover it with a plastic bag and film some tricks.  Personally I hate riding with griptape thats even the littlest bit wet.  Pretty crazy to do those tricks at all too, rain or not.

2 New Madd Videos-

The first video we have here is from Joe Armstrong, his first edit while being on Madd USA.  As is the standard with Madd riders, Joe is an extremely skilled park rider.  Combos out the wazoo, foojams, nose manuals...I definitely dig the can can nose manual, wondered who inspired him to do that? ;)






Next we have Madd UK rider Luke Painter's video.  I knew Luke was good but wow, this one really impressed me.  Mixes it up with park and street, some really creative/tech lines, and really solid and clean riding overall as well.  Fakie ice to whip was so nuts.  I'm definitely a big fan of this guy now.  Watch for double barspins at the end there too.

Luke Painter Day in the Life

This is something that I don't think has been done for anyone in our sport yet. Maddgear UK rider Luke Painter takes us through an average day of his life...its pretty much your average day of going to the skatepark but he has some really good riding clips. His riding has gotten so good lately. I love what he does after breakfast too.

I wanna see some more of these...are there any IS viewers up to the challenge?
