Jon Devrind hasn't put out a video in some time, and after watching the video below, it was worth the wait. Jon has always been known for his tech riding, and he definitely has plenty of good tech clips in the video. He also has the ability to make double bars, and bar to bars look incredibly easy, which in street, they're not. Check out Jon's latest below.

ECX Helix Stubby Pegs Review by Andy Bradford
Andy is a true OG of the sport, and one of his sponsors is ShopECX.com. He recently got a pair of their new Helix Stubby Pegs, and was able to knock out this review. Not too sure about that name, haha. But the Pegs seemed to run ok. Stoked that Andy will be running pegs now too. Also loving the shout out to Stevon.

Tommy Christiana 2012 Web Edit
Tommy Christiana puttin in work for Brute Wheels and ECX for his 2012 Web Edit. Also had time to catch up with Tommy Boy and get a short interview done.
Tommy boy, what's going on bro?
Not much man just chilling and riding as much as I can!
Nice, nice. All right so why is it that out of all the ECX homies, you seem to be the least known? It seems like people knew about you when you were just a lil dude, but you kinda fell off the grid once you started shredding hard... if that's not ass backwards, I don't know what is..
I guess I would say the best reason I haven't been getting as much exposure lately is because I haven't had many videos out. My last big one was about 2 years ago and since then the only things I were in were a weekend video and team trips. I also started progressing a lot, and didn't have a filmer for a while.
So from what I've seen, you don't really have a weakness? Seems like you can shred a grindbox, hit rails, sets, gaps, and ride park? Would you say that's true?
Haha yea I guess I could say that's true. I basically enjoy riding everything. Whether its throwing bri flip tricks in park, hitting rails, or getting techy on boxes it's all fun to me. I mean, why should I limit myself to one style of riding?
Good mindset to have dude. How's it been riding for ECX?
Being on ECX has been, most likely, the best thing that could've ever happened to me. As soon as I got on, they supported me to the fullest by paying contest fees, hooking up parts when I really need them, or taking me on amazing trips all over the place. I couldn't ask for anything else.
Who've you been riding with the past year or so?
The past year I've been riding with a TON of people. Mostly Jon Dev, Evan Barba, Tyler Bell, and a bunch of other of my friends local to me.
Some steezy dudes for sure. How was the filming process for your latest edit?
I'm not going to lie, it's been tough dude. For a while I didn't even have a filmer or camera. After a while I asked Michael pytel to help me out and he gladly did, along with Tyler Bell. They filmed the majority of my video.
Good stuff. You got any riders that you look to for inspiration?
I just look up to anybody who kills it. Basically just everybody I ride with because they push me not only in park, but all aspects of riding.
What do you have planned for 2013 bro?
Hopefully a lot haha. I hope this video will get me more exposure so I can get to travel around the country and just ride everywhere. That's always been my dream.
Any last words, thanks, or shout outs, let em go bro.
I would like to give a huge thanks to Mike Lashbrook from ECX for supporting for the 2 1/2 years I've been on. Couldn't have done it without him. Also all my filmers, friends, and Tyler Bell for editing. And you for this interview haha! Lasts words would be to just keep persevering if you don't get the recognition you want. It'll come with time and practice.

Jon Devrind and Michael Pytel Day Edit
Two of ECX's best got together to film this day edit. Their styles might not be too similar, but that doesn't mean they both don't throw down. Michael likes to go big, and Jon is definitely one of the top tech riders around right now. Too clean. Check it out below.

Denis Deez Nikolajev Welcome to ECX Flow
Denis has been slowly working his way up, and coming from NY where the scene continues to grow and grow, it hasn't been easy. But ShopECX has noticed Denis and they recently added him to their Flow Team. He's still got a long way to go, and a lot to improve on, but he's on the right track. Check out his Welcome to the Team edit below.

ECX Summer Tour 2011 Edit
Last Summer ECX went on an East Coast Tour hitting up various skateparks along the way. Featured in this edit are OG's Hep Greg, Joey Aria, and Andy Bradford, and they are joined by Maxx Emery, Michael Pytel, Tommy Christiana, Brandon Ruhl, Matt Lashbrook, and Jon Devrind. Everyone delivers, and I was definitely feeling Jon's clips, shreds so hard.
The ECX Team will be going on another Team trip soon when they head to XW 7, so expect another video then.

ShopECX.com Sacrifice Deck Review
Sacrifice has been making a name for themselves in the USA ever since they picked up Hunter Bechtle who has been on a non stop rise since joining up with the company. I would like to think some of the reason behind this, is because of the Sacrifice Vader Deck. Well ShopECX recently got them in, and Mike did an in depth review of the deck. Check it out below.

Gus Rymer 2012 Edit
Damn.. that's the first thing that came to my mind after this video was over. He rides street and park. Throws down bangers in both, and throws himself down gaps like it's no big deal. LSP and ShopECX rider, Gus Rymer has so much talent it sometimes seems to be overflowing. Really loved this.

Joey Aria Scooter Check + Clips

ShopECX Pro rider, Joey Aria was recently added to the French ID USA Team, and he got a brand new French ID Set up, and did the following scooter check. The clips to follow are classic Joey Aria. Basically he destroys a rail, kills a ledge, and slays the lip of a mini ramp. Joey Aria in a nut shell haha.

ShopECX 5th Annual Spring Comp + Addict East Coast Flatland Jam
ShopECX isn't just known for carrying some of the industries top products, they are also known for putting on some really legit competitions on the East Coast. They're going to do just that in May. With two contests that are bound to be really good.

One of them is their 5th Annual Spring Scooter Competition. This will be a park competition, and you know all the heavy hitters on the East Coast will be showing up. Can't wait to see footage of this, and if you guys can head out there, whether to compete or just to check out the riding, definitely get out there. More details below and on the flier.
Saturday April 19th - The 5th Annual Park Contest is one of the longest running park contests in the US, started in April of 2008, it has grown from 40 riders to over 100! Three divisions including Beginner, Intermediate and Pro. Team ECX will be judging and we will be using the Razor Global Domination Instant Scoring System. Over $2,000 in Prizes and Trophies 1st through 4th place. Best Trick Contest for CASH! And the ECX Team Demo. Entry Fee for the Park Contest is $20 and Best Trick is $5

Next up is something that we don't see too often, and I'm stoked that Addict and ShopECX are putting this together. It's going to be a flatland jam. For more details read below.
Sunday April 20th - ECX and Addict Scootering have teamed up to create the first ever US Flatland Jam Competition that will be run as a Double Elimination "Game of Scoot" with two divisions: Pro & Amateur. Cash, Prizes and Trophies for the top 4 in each division. The contest will feature a Manual Pad, Rail and Flat Ground. Entry Fee for the Flatland Jam is $15

Pretty stoked on that. We will be posting a reminder on ISB prior to this event just in case anyone happens to miss this.

Michael Pytel Winter Throwaway

Posting throwaway isn't something we do at IS a lot, but I made an exception for Michael. I knew that Michael had a lot of potential in his riding. When you start to see that even in his throwaway, I think that means something. He is one of the riders who is good at riding both street or park. I really appreciate riders who I can watch their park or street clips and enjoy them both the same. Last clip is going to be crazy when he gets it.
Hope we see a real edit soon.
