Julio Oceguera has been with Scooter Zone for a long time, and he is the store manager of the Laguna Hills Scooter Zone. Julio might not throw himself down ridiculous gaps and sets anymore, but he can still throw down. Not to mention he has what most riders are calling the best wheels on the market right now, which are his Signature Wheels that you can see in the video.
