It's not everyday that a rider surfaces, and he happens to be extremely unique and original. In a sport that sometimes feels as if it's filled with mindless sheep, all following the latest and greatest.. it is really refreshing to see riders like Joey Aria.
Ever since Joey started to get noticed people recognized him quickly for the different style he had. One of the main things that stuck out were his incredibly complex and difficult lip tricks on quarters, spines, and mini ramp decks.
