I'm not sure who all is associated with this but here we have Epic Skatepark's team manager/rider/employee talking to us about scooter kids. Listen up, because chances are you might be one of the people he's talking about, and could learn a thing or two. Subscribe to WeScooterTV if you wanna see more of their weekly vlogs.
waste of time who cares as long as you dont get in there way they will respect you and if you are chill they arnt going to hate on you just ride to many people care to much about people hating on scooters if you enjoy it dont get all insecure towards the skaters. only ting that was valid stop asking me to do tricks
It has to do with staying out of peoples way he said skaters because at epic there are a lot of skates as well its the whole thing behind staying out of peoples way not getting on skaters good side that doesn't matter at all lol
Edgar, instead of ripping on these kids, you, as a representative of the skatepark, should take the initiative to teach these kids the proper etiquette. Scooters, skateboards, bikes, blades...you put a 10 year old on any of those things, toss them into a park without any lessons, of course it's gonna result in a bit of chaos.
Use your anger in a more constructive manner. Make it mandatory that kids take 2+ skatepark lessons before they are allowed to ride in the park by themselves. Teach them a bit about the terrain, the flow, and other skaters. You'll be surprised how far those lil bits of information will go. The result will be a well informed kid who will most likely enjoy his session, helping others enjoy their time there as well.
My local supervised park does this and it makes a HUGE difference.
He's a busy guy man I agree with what you're saying but people just don't always have the time to teach kids besides there's no guaranty that it would work
How young is too young for a kids scooter. Someone told me of a kids scooter for 2 year olds and I'm thinking they don't have the coordination for it. Is it trouble?
If you're going to bother to comment anonymously, think about what you're saying and what credibility you'll have without a name. Besides that, please keep the comments constructive, thanks!
This is so queer.
