SD6 Results (Edited with Phillip Long's Comp Video)
SD6 | 2012 from Elyts on Vimeo.
And here it is, props to Phil for getting this done so quickly. Turnout looked great, everyone shredded for sure. Props to those whom placed, especially Kota for once again pulling out the win. Say what you will about the kid but you cannot deny he is a machine.
Pro:
1st: Dakota Sheutz
2nd: Ryan Williams
3rd: Raymond Warner
Am:
1st: Ryan Gould
2nd: Hayden Tansley
3rd: Ethan Harris
Beginner:
1st: Brady Wagstaff
2nd: Nick Teague
3rd: Jordan Robles
Best trick: Zig Short (gap from the park into deep end of the bowl)
Congrats to all whom placed, and to keep you occupied until the real videos come out, heres a short clip John Andrus got of Rwilly attempting some double flairs. So close.
Fucking dakota wins like every comp.
ReplyDeleteRyan landed it after all the attempts
ReplyDeleteto anonymous above, no he did not land it, i saw all the videos, and it is absolutely AMAZING, i'm not taking away from the fact that it's a double flair, but he DID fall after he rolled away for about 1/2 a second... i bet he'll pull it really clean for his next video though, or maybe even a combo with it. but for now.. in my eyes, it doesn't count.
ReplyDeleteKota is the beat rider in the world, he is in another world. Wins at Cooter Con, Switzerland, England, every stop on the Razor Tour USA and now SD6. there is no one in the world better. World results prove that
ReplyDeleteok ass
Deletefun ass comp...so sick how big the outcome was....cant wait for the next comp with a turnout like this
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsT7uM6maYo repost this! its shit quality but still
ReplyDeleteKota only wins cuz of his dad. rya deserved to win much more.
ReplyDeleteKota wins because he is good... clearly was 1st.. his dad has nothing to do with his performance the day of the comp. His dad no doubt has helped him become who he is but let's give respect to the man riding the scooter.. Dakota Scheutz is one of the finest riders in the world and deserves respect..
ReplyDeleteWhaaaattt!!!???? Dakota noooooooo.....
ReplyDeleteWhat happened there, what happened with Ryan Williams?? aaaaaaa
Yeah, we've established Dakota's dad is a bit of a dick, but clearly he is an amazing rider. The fact that his dad pushes him so hard doesn't take away from the fact that he shreds to the max.
ReplyDeleteactually he did land it i was there
ReplyDeleteLike it or not, Anon is right. Kota is quite possible the best rider in matters of consistency and results. His dad is involved in no way with kota's riding anymore
ReplyDeleteI am definately not fond of the kid, but he fucking ripped and deserved that win 100%
ReplyDeleteZig didn't land tht.
ReplyDeletenot a fan of kota at all, his lack of style and creativity irritates me. but you can't deny what jasa says. he is a machine. hopefully judges will care more about style in the future, but till then i think kota will win pretty much everything he enters
ReplyDeleteKota looks like a douche, he should wear jeans with pads at least, he looks like a beach boy with bars a midget wouldnt ride. Get a triple 8 helmet.
ReplyDeletewtff!!! tbone didnt place!!!!!??
ReplyDeletematt mckeen on a district? whats going on :O reat comp though and max peters taking flips to the next level
ReplyDeleteBest trick should have gone to that kid who heel-clicker whipped the giant box! Zig and Ryan didnt even ride away....shit was rigged
ReplyDeletedoes anyone know the real top 10 in pro
ReplyDeleteNeither Zig or Ryan landed their tricks, you have to ride away. They wasted everyones time and ruined it for about 10 riders who couldn't ride because it was dark.
ReplyDeleteI think Zig jumped off because he didn't wanted to get blasted into the side of the pool..
ReplyDeleteIf zig knew how to flow he wouldnt have needed to jump off.
